Doctrines of the Gospel
Who God Is
Out of all the relationships you can have, there is none greater than having a personal relationship with the God who created you! You need Him; as He is the sustainer of your life and the author of your eternal existence after death.
Sin & Separation
As a sovereign God, He establishes the moral laws of life, decides our verdict, and carries out His decreed resolve. He has declared that we have all sinned and we remain in a state of separation until we are reconciled to Him.
God's Grace to Everyone
In spite of our sins, God has stooped down to bestow kindness to us; gracing all of mankind with mercy, His gospel, consolation, hope, and way of salvation; giving us the opportunity to receive eternal life and a restored relationship with Him.
Righteousness & The Way of Salvation
Just as God established the moral laws of life, He also declared how righteousness is attained. God declares that we cannot become righteous by our own means and therefore revealed to us the way of salvation through Jesus Christ.
Reconciliation - By The Way of Salvation
Jesus Christ made atonement by exchanging our life for his. Being sinless, He bore our sins and shed his own blood to cleanse us of unrighteousness. His death brought redemption as it paid the penalty for sin; and by His righteousness He offers to us remission of sins, pardon, reconciliation, and justification.
Baptism of Repentance & Resurrection to New Life
Reconciliation begins with humbly confessing you're a sinner who needs a savior, professing repentance toward God the Father, believing in the death, burial, and resurrection of the Lord and savior Jesus Christ, and declaring a new life by the Holy Spirit. Baptism shows repentance, obedience, and devotion.
"(For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)"
2 Corinthians 6:2 KJV
